I was just in the fridge looking at the diminishing amount of non-diet food and noticed a recipe on the mayo jar for chocolate cake.

As hard as I try, I can't orally imagine what that would taste like.

And not that I'm maligning the diet food - let's just say that portion control is the word.

ok as I saiad i've been really busy with work and such ... and ive still not got around to checking out the nutrisystem website ... so im doing it now befre i get stuck into work.
So its a low GI diet? I've seen this mentioned recently, and just ordered a book at work about it to see what its about.
So they deliver all this to your home? Is it daily? I saw a documentary where atkins diet delivered daily meals to peoples homes.

It is a lowered GI diet but not anywhere as low as Atkins.

The food comes monthly and it has to be microwaved or rehydrated.

I'll let you know how it goes once we start - probably Wednesday.

The Cake is tasty, it's incredibly rich. Try and make a small one, but don't go for the icing recipe. There really is no replacement for good icing.
